Hi, I started taking Plaquenil on June 24th and for the last four or 5 days have had horrible itching. No rash just all over itching. My Rhuemy told me to stop taking it until all itching symptoms were gone, then wait another week and start up again with 1 pill 200mg a day instead of 2.

I have to tell you though that I was bad, I would scratch and scratch at them and caused an ugly rash and broke skin so your dermy is right. I think the itch has become worse since I started on Cymbalta. I had some itching in the beginning of taking Plaq mostly on my upper arms but it eventually went away.
